I made this baby blanket for my sister's baby, born in April 2007. The pattern called for some strange fabrics, so I changed it a little to make it unique, and I have since made one almost identical to this one. I thought it was pretty special, especially since this was the first one I did on my own, without any help at all. And besides that, it is just so darn cute!

I was surfing the net today and found your blog. THat is a great baby quilt. We got an amazing quilt from my husband's aunts when our baby was born. We love it! I'm learning how to quilt, and still haven't managed to get one completed. But I enjoy it.
